Course Outline

The LIVING FROM VISION Course consists of a five week program. The program has been broken down into five sets of exercises that are to be practiced daily for a week at a time.

The daily exercises are designed to develop your ability to create the personal experiences you want from life. In so doing you are automatically creating the OUTER RESULTS that you want in your day-to day experience. We meet as a group once weekly for 4 hours where I will teach you why and how to go about the visualisation and how each specific exercise targets a different set of results. During the week you will get into the habit of visualizing daily in the mornings and evenings (initially with the aid of CDs). The five weeks are necessary to integrate the habits into your day-to-day life (as it takes over 21 days to develop a habit) and for the results to visibly occur.

As Albert Einstein understood, “our most serious problems cannot be solved on the level of the thinking mind, where we created them!”

Week One

Week one focuses on choosing what you want and learning visualization techniques for manifesting and empowering your new choices.

You learn whole brain thinking by simultaneously using equally the intellect, imagery & emotion and how to communicate with Guided Imagery which help create habits of empowered thinking.

You learn the importance of relaxation and quieting of the mind from conflict to vision - Re-focusing techniques.

Week Two

  1. Learning from problems.
  2. Dealing with feedback - resistance, negativity, problem/conflict.
  3. Acknowledging small successes.
  4. Intuition - Unconscious Images - Imagery Advisory Board.
  5. Learning From Problems - Dealing with Resistance.
  6. Setting Priorities, how and why.

Week Three

  1. Self-Image .
  2. Creating Your Internal Experience.
  3. Changing of Physiology.
  4. Empowering Results.
  5. Unique “Personal Purpose”.
  6. Fundamental choice - conscious self.

Week Four

  1. Values.
  2. Fundamental Choice.
  3. Personal Purpose - Role of the Conscious Self and Alignment with Purpose.
  4. Success: “We can never get enough of what we don’t really want”.

Week Five

  1. Personal Power Co-creating.
  2. Approaches to life.
  3. Our Definitions of Happiness and Health.
  4. Receiving and Acknowledging Your Results.

I truly believe that we are privileged in South Africa to have this unique opportunity of improving our life skills, healing and changing the face of survival, here, and being the forerunners for the rest of the world provided we are not yet allowing ourselves to be controlled by other people’s thinking. We still have this wonderful power of choice, which allows us to include, on all levels of our education and healing, the knowledge innate in us - THE POWER OF THE INTUITIVE MIND.
